Customer satisfaction must always be a top priority for any business, this is no different for an individual photographer such as myself or a national chain of photographic studios. I take my responsibility to my customers seriously and want to ensure your satisfaction with the results of our work together.

I guarantee the technical quality of all images supplied to you. If you are not entirely satisfied I will offer a re-shoot at no additional cost and with good grace. I am not able to offer refunds.

Be advised though that common sense must and will prevail. I will accept complete responsibility for supplying pleasing compositions, accurately lit and exposed, and post processed to the highest standards to ensure maximum visual impact. Although I will endeavour to counteract the effects of the following, I cannot be held responsible for: bad hair days, bad skin, allergies, sore eyes, illness, fatigue, hangovers, make-up application, bad weather, lint, wardrobe malfunctions/wrinkles/rips/stains etc., sweat, static electricity, effects of medication, or acts of God.

This guarantee applies to all paying customers only. Photographic testing and TFP/TFCD shoots are not covered.
